This Philips YS527/17 combined shaver and stubble trimmer looks and feels well made being finished in black with subtle blue detailing. In the box you get the main handle unit, stubble trimming head, shaving head with protective cover, charger (with two pin shaver plug), cleaning brush and instructions/warranty. The instructions are visual rather than textual and it's easy to get the gist of them.
In use it's easy to transform this unit from stubble trimmer to shaver and vice versa - the two heads just click on and off. The stubble trimmer has an adjustable cut control which although simple works well. The shaver attachment features two of the familiar Philips circular cutters with a collection compartment for the cut hairs.
