A weak book, there is much better out there
The back page of this book states “You’ll never struggle with Performance Appraisals again!”. If this is the case, it will not be through this book alone.
This book is to thin on substance. Whilst some of the guidelines for constructing an appraisal are interesting, it has very little real world evidence and examples. The examples it does give for ‘Power Sentences’ lack power.
I would not want someone to write my appraisal with just this. There are much better books out there
