Highly recommended, super easy & very versatile
A lovely, lovely product – in fact two (for the price of one, it seems)! These are wonderful. I've looked for this type of premium silicon mat before but the ones I found were not as nice or good value.
Day 1. Homemade chips / fries. I'd tossed these in some oil, admittedly, but used less han usual as I was hoping they would stick to the mat (which I' simply laid in the baking tray). And they didn't :) In fact very easy to toss half way, super crisp, delicious.
Day 2. Roast veg. As the chips, really, very easy and SO nice not to have to do any scraping, soaking, scrubbing of the roasting dish afterwards.
Day 3. A nice big batch of biscuits, using both mats. Think they might even have cooked slightly quicker than normal, nice and crisp, even bake, good crumb. Have I watched too many bake offs? Probably...
Day 4. Pizza. I know, pushing it here, but I can never get my (homemade) dough quite right, flitting between baking tray (with flour? oil?), baking...
