Too much, too much
Objectively, these are great sounding headphones. Bass forward, but they're branded 'raver' so you would expect that.
They are capable of some serious bass, reall eyeball shaking stuff. With the right tune they are totally immersive. However, with some music the bass is out of proportion a la Dr Dre, so if you listen to a variety of genres then these might not suit you.
The real problem though is that for in ear monitors these are MASSIVE they stick out of your head a long way. You can tell even denon think so by the various rubber appendages they provide to try to give them a fighting chance at adhering to your head. The only tips I got on with were the foam ones, but they don't last very long. I have found them to be frustrating as commuting headphones due to difficulty in getting a good seal.
The on ear controls are actually quite useful, and I use them a lot.
If you are listening in a sedate manner to non-sedate music then go for it, otherwise...
