Sad really as the earlier versions
Spent twenty minutes installing the software - then when started the programme was advised that some files were missing. Tried to navigate the Smith Micro advice page via the internet to be met with the usual battery of registration needs, more password requests etc. Never did manage to find any way of contacting them in order to resolve the problem so they can have it back. Sad really as the earlier versions, when another company owned the software, were no problem and a dream to install and use. That's progress for you.
