I ordered the camera to be delivered to Australia expecting a delay in delivery. In fact it arrived a couple of days earlier than expected which was great. The camera and all the accessories were as described on the website. I tested the empty waterproof case in a jug of water overnight and there were no leaks whatsoever. I bought a separate battery and put it in the camera to charge. On the first charge I noticed the charger port was a bit loose but charged up ok. I played around with the function buttons and took some snaps and some video. (The instructions are limited but a bit of time playing around with the buttons and you'll get the hang of it) When I put the charger lead into the port to charge up the battery for a second time the port broke. I emailed COOLER to tell them about the problem and got a response on the same day ! The COOLER adviser, Lucy, was excellent - she asked me to take photos of the faulty port and email them back to her. I did this straight away and again...
