The replacement works fine and now I'm able to use my camera once ...
I ordered this battery to replace the one in my Veho Kuzu video camera that I hadn't used for over a year. Apparent, if you don't charge Li-on batteries for a while and they drop below a certain voltage then the battery's in-built circuitry disables the charging circuit for safety reasons.

When the replacement battery that I ordered arrived I encountered the same problem... It also wouldn't charge up. I contacted the seller and they couldn't have been more helpful. After a few emails they quickly resolved the problem and sent out a replacement battery straight away. The replacement works fine and now I'm able to use my camera once again.

I know the original battery was faulty, these things do happen, but it was quickly dealt with by Anna and I found her to be exemplary in resolving the problem.
