I have bought my Aunties a personalised bag (hand painted with their picture and hobbies) this Christmas and have been looking for things to pad out the bags specifically for the kitchen. A quick win was the Christmas printed kitchen roll but I also bought the SpiceCrafts salt and pepper grinder set as a nice little extra... it has made me realise one thing though, I NEED pink salt rock in my life!!! (just because it is so pretty).
First impressions
The grinder comes empty so of course the first job is to fill it. You just twist the ends off in an anti clockwise motion and fill up each end, it doesn't matter which way you do it. The end of the grinder has a lid which easily comes off and may also be a little easy to lose.
My thoughts
The aesthetics of this grinder are very pretty and the grinding action is pretty good too. I like the fact that it is a single unit but it fits both salt and pepper inside. The body itself is made of acrylic so is pretty...
