A better solution than the plastic covers
It would break my heart (and my wallet) if I ever cracked or scratched the screen of my iPhone, so I've always used screen protectors.
I always used the plastic ones which were good for a year or so, before they became badly scratched and needed replacing. They were always a bit tricky to put on and little micro-bubbles were a regular frustration.
No more. The glass version is so much easier to put on. So long as it's dead clean (and wipes come in the box) and you clear it from dust, you should get a perfect fit. It's dead thin, so the home button is still perfectly accessible, and the edges are smooth.
And it is so much harder to scratch (I haven't managed yet, and I have been pretty rough with it using a penknife - in the name of science).
I'll never go back to a plastic one now.
A note that with the iPhone 6, the screen is not completely covered, because it curves at the edges, Aesthetically, it's not perfect, but you get used...
